This role requires a diligent, creative and confident person who is passionate about 3D designs. A Junior Designer to join our team, to create 3 dimensional (3D) plans, drawings, and layouts for buildings and landscapes. This job includes meeting with stakeholders/clients to discuss a project’s requirement, create layouts that reflect the brief, and ensure that the blueprints comply with building regulations.

Interested designers must have the creativity to find new ways to design buildings (Interior & exterior designs), the technical skill to utilize CAD software, such as 3dsmax, AutoCAD, and sketch-up, and the communication skills to deal with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues alike.

• Creativity – The Designer must be able to turn ideas into plans and technical drawings that guide how a building looks, so they must be creative and able to forge unique concepts.
• Technical Skills – The Designer must be able to work with computer software every day, from CAD applications to databases and building information modeling (BIM), so they need to be technically capable of picking up new systems and programs quickly.
• Interpersonal Skills – The Designer must possess the ability to work closely with clients as well as other members of the architectural team, so it’s important that they’re able to remain professional and courteous.
• Time management – The Designer must be able to work on multiple projects at a time while keeping to tight schedules, so good time management is important.
• Math Skills – This job requires the ability to work out dimensions, costs, angles, and weights, so strong mathematical skills are vital.
• Reports – The ability to give feedback, be available to meet/virtually professionally with Directors/Stakeholders.
